Bluetech Innovation Website Redesign

Bluetech Innovation is a program managed by Beta-i, supported by the Portugal Blue Digital Hub and led by Fórum Oceano, with the aim of transforming the Blue Ecosystem through collaborative innovation.

The website was redesigned to address several usability and structural issues. The original site appeared outdated, included few calls to action, and presented a confusing navigation structure. Building on the existing logo and brand identity, the UI was updated and the information architecture was restructured to establish a clearer hierarchy. The homepage was also redesigned to be more informative and visually distinct from the subpages, and calls to action were strategically placed after key sections highlighting the program’s benefits, encouraging visitors to become participants.
